There are several ways to meditate with our Mala keychains: 
 
1. Start with a chakra mantra and recite for multiple of 9 counts.
2. Recite mantras for each chakra and continue for 9 times or more. 
3. Use any mantra, prayer, or affirmation to recite it 9 times or more. 
4. Simply count your breath using each bead for multiple of 9 counts. 
 
There are so many ways you can interact with your crystals. Some favorites include: Breath work, saying affirmations, meditation Mala, Feng Shui, crystal grids, placing under your pillow, and placing directly over the Chakras during meditation and energy work, they can even be hung from your rear view mirror.
